Quickstart

Get up and running with MinecraftAFK in minutes. Pick the web or local client, add an account, connect to a server, and configure reliable uptime.

MinecraftAFK has two clients you can use to keep accounts online: a web client that runs on our servers and a local client that runs on your computer. Pick whichever fits your needs and follow the matching guide.

Web client

Runs on our servers - accounts stay online even when your computer is off. Requires a subscription.

Local client

Free desktop app. Your computer must stay on for accounts to remain connected.

After setup

Once you've installed a client and added an account:

  1. Open the Connect tab and enter the server IP, version, and (optionally) a login delay.
  2. Hit Connect to join with all accounts, selected accounts, or just one.
  3. Configure auto-reconnect, anti-AFK, join messages, and spam commands for the most reliable uptime.

See the Essentials section for detailed guides on each feature.
