Accounts keep reconnecting

Diagnose why accounts disconnect and reconnect in a loop: check the kick reason, verify the server IP and version, and rule out proxy or VPN blocks.

If accounts join and immediately drop again, work through the checks below to narrow down the cause.

1. Check the disconnect reason

Look at the kick message - it usually points straight at the cause (wrong version, banned, VPN block, full server, etc.).

2. Verify server credentials

Test the connection from regular Minecraft using the same IP and version. If that fails, the IP or version is wrong.

3. Try the local client

If you have it, try connecting from the local client:

  • It works locally but not on the web → the server is doing some kind of proxy block. Tier 3 (or a high-quality custom proxy on Tier 2) is usually needed. See VPN blocks (full/half).
  • It also fails locally → the issue is server-side or with the account itself, not the proxy.

Full vs. half block

A full proxy block usually says something like "You can't join the server using a VPN". A half-block doesn't mention VPNs at all - the server just silently rejects the connection. Both are proxy detections, just worded differently.

Still stuck?

Open a support ticket in Discord with:

  • Server IP
  • Server version
  • The exact disconnect reason (if any)

That gives us enough context to help quickly.
