I lost my Discord account

Recover a MinecraftAFK web subscription tied to a Discord account you no longer have. Open a ticket with your old account details and we'll transfer it over.

If you've lost access to the Discord account you used to subscribe, we can transfer your subscription to a new one.

What we need

Open a ticket in our Discord server with:

  • A short subject describing what happened.
  • Your old Discord account ID.
  • Your old Discord username/tag.

We'll DM you for your most recent invoice as proof, then move your subscription over to your new Discord account.

How the transfer works

Once you've opened a ticket with your old Discord ID and username, we verify ownership by asking for your most recent invoice - the payment receipt only the original buyer would have. After we confirm it, we move the subscription and its linked email to your new Discord account. Your plan, billing date, and saved settings carry over unchanged.

Avoiding it next time

Keep the email on your subscription current so recovery never depends on Discord alone, and save a copy of your invoices. If you ever plan to change Discord accounts, open a ticket before you lose access to the old one - verifying ownership is far quicker that way.
